Gryffindor

I am dedicating this whole post to my family dog Gryffindor.
We had a HUGE scare the beginning of April. Griffs back legs went out he couldn't put any pressure on them. My family and I had to carry him to go outside to go to the bathroom.
My sister and I ended taking him to the vet (my mom and little sister were out of town) and they gave us basically bad news. He is 12 and is an old pup. They kept him over night at the vet and gave him IV Fluids and IV steroids to see if that would help him regain strength. When our other dog Zero went to the vet they basically said all these things to us and we ended up putting her down because she wasn't inproving. So all our mind sets were we wouldn't have Griff anymore. My mom actually called them and told them we would be taking Griff home with us and watch him for a couple of days to see if he is improving.

GREAT SUCESS!  He started walking again after a week on medication. We basically had to reteach him how to use his back legs by towel walking him for a week. but now he is doing it on his own. its still a struggle but he is doing it! And he looks so happy about it! :D
I know we don't have forever with him but it sure is a relief we have more time with him.
I love my Gryffindor, He has been a huge part of my life.
Its weird how we have these furry creatures just roaming around in our houses and they mean so much. they don't talk. But they are always there. As weird as this might sound he has helped me with some of my hardest times.

What to do with all your wedding cards?

I got really bored one day and was organizing all the wedding stuff we got and I came across all these cards and I had no idea what to do with them. But then I thought of this brilliant idea! (apparently I wasn't the only one that thought of this.)

I made it into a book. This could work for any holidays, weddings, or birthdays.

its been a while.

Wow its March already. Here a little up date on whats been going on lately... 

I got a new job in January 6th as an underwriter for Crest Financial. I was really sad to be leaving Pingree. I had a couple of students  I have worked with for two years and I have seen them grow and learn so much that it was really hard to leave them I couldn't really move up and get the pay I wanted so it was time to move on. This new job is... BORING. I do the same things everyday. Its easy work but the hours drag on and I'm sitting all day. Oh well Its a good pay and theres also a lot of "pros" to working there.
James and I got a new Subaru! Took out a loan in both our names. its our first "big" purchase together.

James' 22nd birthday was pretty fun! 

Unfortunately I had to work on his birthday but I had a fun weekend planned out for him. I took him to a giant trampoline park and took him to lunch! its was a good day!

Thats basically all the important things that have happened so far. 2014 has been a pretty good year so far!

I have been really bad at updating my blog. Super busy with work, thank you cards, and Christmas.

Since that is all done and over with. I have two week break from work. So I figured I can make a post.

I got bangs...
I love them, its  different but I am already missing how my hair used to be. I just liked the fact I could pull them off my face. I might grow them back out. But I'm not sure.

Hannah and I saw Santa really early this year.

James and I got Dr. Martins.

We went to California for thanksgiving. We stayed at Chris and Lakotas new house. We also drove into LA and went to Knotts berry farm and It was also James' grandmothers 80th birthday!

After getting back home from California I found out my best friend was moving back to California 3 weeks early and I literally had 4 days left with her. But she was coming back on the 27th of december! BUT STILL!
